Recently a game called Ingress is gaining on popularity worldwide. Its objective is to physically go to special places called "portals", point your mobile phone at them and hack them for your team (there are only 2 teams worldwide).
It is a location-aware addictive game that uses your internet connectivity and GPS coordinates on the phone, enhances the reality around you by creating "portals" and motivates players to travel around, meet and coordinate with their teammates etc...
Something like that could also be implemented inside PiplMesh or an already existing game added to it.
