I currently use shfmt through efm and I set the formatCommand to 'shfmt -i 2 -bn -ci -s'. Id I switch to using mason for shfmt, how do I set those options that I want it to run with?

You don't have to do anything special. Just execute the command like you would normally! It'll be on PATH.

I guess that's for format and not lint, though, so I guess I should keep efm for that? If so, what about for options when runnung shellcheck as a linter, then, if I want to include or excluded certain warnings?

There are different options, so it's up to you. Some other options include:
