There is Stardict dictionary. I suppose it use XML structure.
Tib_Eng_San_Rus.zip

Task:

  • Invent Haskell structure to receive Tibetan - English - Maybe Sanskrit - Russian dictionary
  • Parse stardict
  • Check it works
