Setting arrowhead size

How can I make the arrowhead larger?

The default arrow size is invisible in zoom level 1, and even with some zoom is quite small.

Increasing weight just makes the arrowline thicker. I would rather not define a new SVG marker just for this, but if so, what is the simplest way to do that?
