Linking to latest Snapshot #321

We used to link to the previous version of a spec, and now we have the History link which is overall nicer. But for CR-level specs, I'm thinking it might be useful for a CRD to point at its most recent Snapshot? Something like “Latest Patent Review Draft” or “Previous Candidate Recommendation Snapshot”.

What do people think?
