I ported your plugin to gazebo 9 with ros melodic #3

Hello,
I tried to use your plugin and it didn't work in gazebo 9 as expected.
Then i ported it to gazebo 9.
I tried this in Ubuntu 18.04 ros melodic

But I want to create a plugin to determinate force between a magnet and iron bar,
can i use your plugin as a base and build on it ?

Also I had to copy the .world file to /user/share/gazebo-9/worlds
ported version:
storm_gazebo_ros_magnet.zip
