chore: Add support for Firebase JS SDK v11 peer dependency

Allow Firebase JS SDK v11 as peer dependency as it does not have breaking changes affecting vuefire according to its changelog.

@Tkkg1994 Yes, definitely! I'm still looking for funding to prioritize time to VueFire. For the past 3 years, Firebase has paid me to improve and maintain VueFire but this year I haven't been able to get a contract with them.

I think most of these should be doable during an hour of consulting so if anybody is able to fund me, I should be able to at least upgrade the compatibility

Thank you for letting how it works and what it would need.

Can you name any amount? Is 1 hr really enough? I am planning to contact either vue and / or firebase directly. If I have a value I can name it's much easier.

Without you keeping the support, both firebase and nuxt will loose customers so I guess it's in their intrest.

Or someone else can help you to maintain it 😄
