As of today's phusion/baseimage ...
/bin/sh: 1: sudo: not found The command '/bin/sh -c echo "deb http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/ wheezy-pgdg main 9.5" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list && wget --quiet -O - https://www.postgresql.org/media/keys/ACCC4CF8.asc | sudo apt-key add -' returned a non-zero code: 127
