Keg.io does not work in IE

I added some JS that will display a "warning" to IE visitors, until we can figure out why it doesn't work in IE.

when i remove the ieblocker dylan added and test out the page in IE, the errors point me to the jquery (minified, no desire to try to debug that). the next errors point me to the google charts you just added garrett. the js error messages in IE are uglier than ugly...
