The configuration code should be updated to be similar to that of [my Server Monitor(https://github.com/viral32111/ServerMonitor/blob/main/Service/ServerMonitor/Source/Configuration.cs) project].

It needs to support system & user configuration files and directories, while maintaining cross-platform support for Windows and Linux.

Could do with copying local config files to the build directory too.
