Node-graphql-upload-article

This repository contains the folders for my Node Graphql Upload Article written and published with Smashing magazine.

It contains the frontend React.js Application at ./graphql-upload-frontend

Use the following step to run the application:

  • From the project frontend directory run yarn install to install needed dependencies and run yarn start to start the React app.
  • Access the frontend application at http://localhost:3000 and make a test upload to see the upload working.

It also contains a Node.js GraphQL API at ./node-graphql-api/graphql-api Use the following step to run the application:

  • From the project frontend directory run yarn install to install needed dependencies and run yarn start to start the Express application on port 4000
