As a dApp developer, I want to build a new dApp with my Windows machine.
As a developer, I want to contribute to the VeChain-SDK codebase using a Windows machine.

1 has higher priority, needs to be addressed sooner.

Provide a Windows physical machine to the Team
Setup the environment
try to build a simple node js app
