So I was missing something (fairly) obvious. Apparently, I'd locked the taskbar previously in Win 10 before upgrading to Win 11. I tweaked this setting (from 1 to 0) in the Regsistry, and that solved my problem. Posting the registry location here (and then closing) in case anyone runs into this issue and it's not obvious ;) Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer (change TaskbarLockAll to 0 to unlock) |

Hi all,
This may seem like a silly problem, but I can't resolve it (and I searched but didn't find anyone else with the problem, so maybe the fix is obvious, but not to me)....
I installed ExplorerPatcher hoping to resize the taskbar to my preferred two rows (curses to Win 11 for getting rid of the resize option). However, my "Lock the Taskbar" option in the menu is grayed out so I can't seem to unlock it. So I also can't seem to resize the new ExplorerPartcher Taskbar (I don't see any option to tweak this in the Properties menu, which I can get to just fine).
ExplorerPatcher V 2261.2861.62.2
Win 11 Home - 23H2 - 22631.2861
Thanks in advance for any advice (and sorry if I'm missing something painfully obvious).
