Sometimes items fail to search/download/import/whatever. This causes the request to not be filled. If someone re-requests something that already exists, this should force a search of that item.

This can also be useful for users to re-request a series that might be missing episodes due to the aforementioned failures.

To expand this idea:
It would be also great if a re-request would change the quality profile for the movie/tv show to another preconfigured quality profile before force searching.
My usecase: I have all my movies automatically added with a quality profile that allows only 1080p and up to be grabbed. But if e.g. some old movie that's already listed in radarr never got a 1080p release it would be also fine to grab a dvd rip or something if someone really wanna watch it.

Any progress on this one? I currently still use ombi as the backend, implementing this would make me switch to the mellow backend.
