MMSeq2 for speeding up MSA gemeration?

Hi,

I would like to try RF2, but it generating the MSA with hhblits and others locally takes a long time. One of the huge advantages of ColabFold that it sourced this step out to the MMSeqs2 server. Could similar be done for RF2?
