Revitalize the What's new and News and updates pages.

Problem Statement

• We are currently splitting traffic between two “news” pages
• There is not a clear place to post product updates in relation to Web Components launch. We talk about it in MCs and newsletters, but if you only went to our site, you’d have no idea.
• No recent posting makes our product look stale

Task list

• Make a plan to add fresh content to the news and updates page(s)
  • Assess and define content types
  • Create a content calendar
  • Prepare the space for new product announcements, particularly about web components - build the comms infrastructure that we’ll need to support the 4.0 launch strategy and future product development
• Combine “What’s New” and “News and Updates” pages into one - create a central hub for USWDS updates
