PDR Publishing: Fixes problem with downloading files from the protolanding page on the publishing platform

This release introduces a new command-line interface tool called pdr which allows an administrator to carry out steps in the publishing process on the command line (on the publishing platform). This makes fixing problems in publications more streamlined and less error-prone.

This release includes a number of important fixes to the landing page service and the publishing services:

• fix rendering of references
• update the preservation API to require the latest POD record (this helps catch more potential errors)
• fix to download-all function to properly support the new ARK-based EDIIDs

This release fixes various landing page service bugs:

• search for similar resources is fixed
• customization tweaks, including improvements to author form
• reference listing

Landing Page Customization

This major release introduces Landing Page editing as part of the publishing process. To enable this, the publishing process was updated to the new "MIDAS Mark III" workflow and introduces the customization service. As part of this workflow, the preservation service is now responsible for creating/updating DOIs, sending metadata to DataCite.

Other fixes/updates:

• Mobile display issues
• Updates to the NIST taxonomy

Bug Fix Release: Data cart improvements and Security fixes

This bug fix release primarily focuses on improving the user messaging in the data cart. In addition, the release includes a fix to the citation layout in mobile mode, and security upgrades of some dependent libraries.

Bug Fix Release: Research Themes and Minor Layout Improvements

This release adds various minor minor layout improvements plus the following bug fixes:

• Fix the propagation of research themes from MIDAS into the landing page
• Remove sha files for deleted data files during publishing process
• Fix bug of new files added via MIDAS not showing up on landing page
• Improve data cart user feedback and error handling
