Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be nice to be able to import multiple codes in an existing value set.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upload a csv file (we can determine the format) with multiple codes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
For the moment I need to delete the value sets (meaning deleting all its references in other objects), recreate it by importing CSV file, and recreate the bindings.
