There are plenty of organisations doing great work in and around the design community, open-source and also non-profit/humanitarian/tech for good aims.

This issue attempts to gather the different projects working on various parts of the complex problems of 'Design contributions to OSS and Humanitarian tech' and detail what their aims are, structures are and facilitate a learning process for sharing insight, best practice and partnership collaboration going forward into the future :)
