Run tests occasionally against real, not mocked, API

Might be nice to have tests that run once a month or so against the actual API rather than mocked responses. This would guard against functions breaking due to changes in the API. I think this could be as simple as a modified check action that first deletes the fixtures folder. Something to implement after the switch from httr to httr2 as mocking could change.
