Show all draft and withdrawn records in the dashboard.
Now the dashboard only shows draft and withdrawn records where the user is connected as an author or editor. It should also show the ones where they are supervisor, to be more transparent.
Scenario
Log in as person A, add a dissertation, add person A as author, add person B as supervisor, save as draft (or finish, publish, then withdraw).
-> See in person A dashboard that there is a record on draft (or withdrawn).
-> See in person B dashboard nothing new appears.
Expected behaviour: the supervisor (person B) sees the dissertation as draft (or withdrawn).
Extra context
Past: there was no way to make a difference between what was in your bibliography (e.g. if you're a supervisor, it is not really part of your bibliography) and what was not, now there is.
Today:
We now have a way to show what is part of your bibliography (e.g. role is visible, tabs are created that show you are the supervisor)
Reason: there are complaints about not being able to follow up on dissertations when the researcher is already gone, and the supervisors still wants to follow up. As we now have the possibility to differentiate between what is "mine" and what has been supervised, it makes sense to show the drafts and withdraws of the records that you have supervised as well.
