To go to other pages in the app, tap the menu icon located at the top left of the header then tap the module name. To exit the menu, tap the ‘X’ button.
To download a campaign, go to Menu>Campaigns page then tap the campaign’s download icon. Each campaign will have (i) icon to view its additional information. Once the campaign has successfully downloaded to your device a trash icon will appear which allows you to delete the icon from your device. All your downloaded campaigns will be listed at the top of the list.
Go to Menu>Surveys page then tap the Survey’s title or the open icon (>) to submit your survey responses. It should be noted that you are able to take a survey already listed on this page regardless of the availability of a network connection!
Go to Menu>Upload Queue to access all your pending survey responses. Any unsuccessful survey submission, due to network or authentication error, will be listed on this page. To review your responses prior to uploading, tap the survey name. To upload all simply tap the upload icon located at the top right corner of the header. To upload single survey response, tap the upload icon of the survey. To delete individual survey response tap the survey name and then the trash icon.
To set a reminder for a survey, go to Menu>Reminders then tap then add (+) icon. Select the survey from the drop down list then fill in the form according to your preference then save. Make sure that the reminder is set to “On”. To suppress a reminder, simply turn it to “Off”. To delete a reminder, tap Edit or the survey name then tap ‘Delete’ button.
(On mobile app) To change your current password, go to Menu > Profile then tap 'Change Password' button. Enter your current and new password, then confirm your new password and tap ''Change Password' button. (On web app) Click your username, located on the right corner of the header then click 'Change Password'. Enter your current password and your new password, confirm your new password then click 'Submit'.
