现在有很多安卓设备自带的webview都很古老，虽然webview可以单独升级，但国内用户不翻墙根本不可能上到官方渠道Google Play上去升级webview，而网上的包指不定在哪里掺了点什么东西。所以，我认为可以为国内用户提供webview，以便正常使用Via浏览器

直接覆盖安装就可以了,网上的安装包掺东西的话，签名会不一样.如果改东西的话会安不了。能安装的就证明他是纯净的
