More tweaking of Bot DPS

Is it possible to add additional level specifically for level 60 and level 70 for the NpcBot.Mult.Damage.Levels configuration option, similar to how level 80 is on its own?

Right now 60 (vanilla raid damage reduction) falls into the same range as BC levelling from 60-69. As does BC raiding with the start of WoTLK.

Even better would be a Damage Multipler by instance ID so one could go extremely custom to get the bot dps in line, but I am not sure how challenging this is.

This #695 (comment) has helped a lot with bot DPS (went from a few thousand to 700-800 with bots somewhere between T0.5 and T1) and I have been tuning it down more to the 400-500 range with the mult.damage.levels options. One strange thing I noticed is how much damage my tanks do with a 1H and shield. Tanks are often leading my small raid in DPS. Is there anything that can be done on this end? Later this week I can try to get some damage reports if that helps.
