[FEATURE] Triumphant crossing out of completed tasks (~*~fanfare~*~)

When a task is completed (i.e. moved to Done status) there should be some sort of user feedback that helps the user feel accomplishment at finishing a task.

You're absolutely welcome to give it a go! I was planning on adding confettijs to the done event but I'm welcome to other input.

I don't yet have a contributing guide but please make your changes to the testing branch.

I also saw that you are trying to migrate to FastAPI but have you seen Streamlit? It’s implementation is fast and easy

I haven't seen Streamlit, but it definitely seems cool. I don't think it's a good fit for NoScrum, but I will definitely consider it for future projects.
