Based on additional optional arguments when subscribing more than just the title of the RSS feed item should be posted

I can think of a way at adding a subscription to tell it how it should post, for example:

!rss add <link> [title, newline, pubslihed_time, item_title, newline, item_link]

results in posts of the form

This is the RSS feed title
timestamp This is the item title
link provided in item
