Add extension loading instructions to readme (and make sure it loads properly)

I'm trying to use the extension, but I'm having trouble loading it. I think instructions in the readme would help. This is especially true since the link in the about section appears to be dead.

In case the issue of loading the extension is with the code itself and not the readme, here is what I've tried:

1. Cloned repo from github.
2. Opened Chromium.
3. Went to Extensions tab.
4. Clicked the button for Load Unpacked.
5. Clicked on the roll20-fancy-dice folder.
6. Got the following error:

File     /tmp/roll20-fancy-dice
Error    Manifest file is missing or unreadable
Could not load manifest.

You need to build the extension before loading it. The instructions on the above page also list the requisite tools required to build the extension.

Be advised I was able build and load but as mentioned in the previous post, running the extension prevents opening of character sheets ... so you can either run with a paper copy or run a second instance of roll 20 (I loaded the extension against chromium based edge) but then opened up the character sheet in chrome.
