Are settings from games in gamehub saved in the .config?

So that what tweaks are enabled or disabled or stuff like that.
And also,is it saved in the .config what games are added to Gamehub?
So that if you copy and paste the .config to another system that doesn't have the game,that it shows the game in gamehub,but it also shows that the game isn't located on your drive.
