Allow providing text or help information within form.

I want to close to the existing form buttons:

• what other variable values are
• Some help information on using the form.

In the below example I've hacked using a label to display text similar to what the user wants.
Note I suggested adding a (?) help tooltip similar to shown at (2) but the user wasn't impressed.
