Have a description in UEFI spec and define the URI rule to find BIOS attribute registry. For example, the BIOS AttributeRegistry under /redfish/v1/systems/sys/bios is "BiosAttributeRegistryP89.v1_0_0". Then the URI location would be: "http://nickle.nvidia.com:8000/redfish/v1/Registries/" + "BiosAttributeRegistryP89.v1_0_0"
