Couple of feature request surrounding the graph displaying during fermentation view

Log view of fermentation has a min value of 0 which makes graphs less readable. It may make sense to allow customization here of setting the min value, auto-setting, or using "0".
range is either full timeline or zoomed timeline. It may make sense to have "last 5min", "last hour", "last 3 hours", etc. Similar to grafana.
Auto-updating every XX seconds instead of forcing refresh
