Sorting of MADRs?

When i comes to sorting, these are the options i could think of that sorting in the knowledge base could follow:

1. according to the "Date:"-field
2. according to the "last modified" timestamp of a file
3. according to the file name
4. according to the datetime it was created in git
5. according to the datetime of the last commit related to the file

I was expecting that 4. applies if 3. cannot be determined, overruled by 1. given it is set, because of this comment in the MADR template:

[YYYY-MM-DD when the decision was last updated]

However, when i don't set that date, i now find that the order seems to be determined by the last save date. When i create two drafts and start the preview server, i can juggle them around in the sorting by changing any ADRs that is not the latest one on the top.

Shouldn't they be sorted by the filename, which has the YYYYMMDD- prefix for that very purpose?
