[Discussion] Modify Monitor and other entities to use a randomic label like (ab07fhfgs) instead of number

There are many parts of the code where having a specific instance number for the instance doesn't allow to have another entity for the instance with the same number, e. g., if we have in the future a lazy deploy, where you can replace a instance by another one, it is not possible to spawn a new one with the same name.
