Hi Jan & team :)

It appears that when I try to download the raw data for sample 269_T, it actually leads to downloading sample 296_T. All data in both zip folders when downloaded are the same. I checked against the supplemental figs from your paper as well.

Thanks!

I've been experiencing the same issue! When I use downloadSpataObject, I've had similar issues with getting the objects I want. In fact, it seems to be impossible to load in certain objects at all (always mapping to the wrong DropBox)

I went through the list generated by validSampleNames(), and this is what I've seen so far:

List generated from validSampleNames()
"275_T" "270_T" "269_T" "268_T" "266_T" "265_C"
"265_T" "262_T" "260_T" "259_C" "259_T" "256_C"
"256_T" "255_T" "251_T" "248_C" "248_T" "243_T"
"242_C" "242_T" "241_C" "296_T" "304_T" "313_C"
"313_T" "334_C" "334_T" "212_T" "217_T" "218_T"
"Liver_HCC_1" "Liver_HCC_2" "Liver_HCC_3" "Liver_HCC_4"

Hello, sorry for the late reply. Can you install SPATAData v1.0.0 and use downloadSpataObject() to download the samples of interest? This tutorial should guide you: https://themilolab.github.io/SPATA2/articles/spata-data.html
