duansistr.pas seems to contain AnsiString-targeted Pos function, like those overloaded functions in System.AnsiStrings unit in XE2

OTOH it was used over UTF8-encoded string - hence like RawByteString in Delphi XE1

Better to find testcase, why thsi was even introduced???
