Does not recognize callbacks, and adds @return statement even when no return #11

Ideally, the jsdoc block for this should be:

/**
 * functionName - description
 *
 * @param  {type} payload  description
 * @param  {type} err      description
 * @callback  {type}       description
 */

Hmmm, I'm not sure about the @return request. But there may be something we can do for the callback if the param name is callback or cb?
