Steps to reproduce

There is an ampersand in the folder name:

Right click on the channel/user - add to folder

Expected behaviour

The ampersand in the context menu is shown

Actual behaviour

Not in the context menu (right click - add to folder):

Windows 11 23h2

Version of Telegram Desktop

5.8.3 (and prev)
