media viewer window does not appear

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Telegram Desktop in the Windows Remote Desktop session (I'm connecting from Windows 10 to Windows 10)
2. Find a user with a picture on avatar
3. Disconnect from the RDP session and re-connect back again
4. Try to open the user's picture
5. The media viewer tab appears on the taskbar, but the window itself doesn't
6. Restarting Telegram Desktop helps until the next RDP re-connection

Expected behaviour

Media viewer windows should come up in any case

Actual behaviour

Media viewer windows does not come up after re-connecting via RDP
