Opening media in secondary display

Steps to reproduce

It seems to be quite random. Sometimes it opens on the main desktop but other times in the secondary one.

Expected behaviour

It should open always in the main desktop or where you have Telegram opened.

Actual behaviour

Media viewer (video or images) opens on the main desktop but other times in the secondary one.
It's been happening for months no with different versions.
