1. Person submits sample via upload. (Or via text/url?)
2. Samples are shown in modal, ordered by user votes.
3. By magical means, everyone can only vote once.
4. Sample is reviewed and accepted or revoked by admin when it has gained popularity.

1. I'm not sure if uploading files is the best way to go about this, with you in control we'll have more reliable quality.

CALCULATING DIFF WITH NEW COMMIT

1. Person submits request by means of a small description or url.
2. Samples are shown in modal, ordered by user votes and/or date.
3. Everyone can only vote once by means of https://viller.men/soundboard/9627a0a2.
4. Sample is reviewed by admin when it has gained 'enough' popularity.
5. Sample is is added to the soundboard and removed from the list.
6. When sample can't be located by the admin, it should be marked in the list as such. (Similar to a tag like not found or need help).
