Last week in a talk with @pzermoglio and @tucotuco, I have been informed that is a discussion of minting a new term in the dwc:Event class: the eventTypetdwg/dwc#302
This new term will act similar to basisOfRecord, but instead of defining the type of the record, it will defines the type of an event.
So, this new term can be used with a value INTERACTION (or something similar) to indicate that an event is actually an interaction. This can be useful for us, in case we adopt the Event Data Model, but see #21 .
Interesting to know others opinion.
