Persisting even though the extention is disabled for the site

Describe the bug
I disabled the extention for the site but it still kept persisting and when a frame switches on a video it flashes in ultrawide and goes back to normal, i even tried uninstalling the extention but it still keeps doing it

To Reproduce
disabled the extention

Expected behavior
it should not flash in a 21:9 aspect ratio every frame when the whole thing is turned off

Browser and OS

• Browser/browser version: Opera GX
• Operating system: Windows 10 Pro
• Ultrawidify version: 6.0.0.0.1.

Additional info
i dont know how but extentions shouldnt work when they are uninstalled and it makes watching videos annoying when every time you see a frame being cut it flashes

Edit: denying access to a site or deleting the extention does not remove the problem
