Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to include a regularisation method for increasing the capacity of value functions i.e., . @takuseno, I wondered if you'd seen my comment here: #314 (comment) - I wasn't sure whether you'd unsubscribed from the PR.
