Determine a software solution for canister liquid level tracking. #32

Have to be able to do the following:

  • Track current amount
  • Prevent Dispenses based on current amount(maybe prevent them if its within 5-10 units)
  • Be able to change the contents of the canister, and have it reflected elsewhere in the program.

Started work on canister.py #32 and arduinoTester.py

Arduinotester.py is just to test connectivity. Can probably delete soon.
Canister.py is so that we can track what is in canisters, as well as
their fill level.
Need to experimentally determine maximum dispense units from our
canisters.

Still need to experimentally determine unit values for canister max.
