when trying to open https://tableau-ms-teams-prod-gycea7csh5hsbfh5.a02.azurefd.net, resource not found

Hi ElvinSeAN, that URL is just to our API service behind the scenes. it's not supposed to open within a browser. Once you've updated your manifest, you should zip up the folder and upload it as an app within MSFT Teams. Then you'll see the Tableau Server personal app and be able to configure the connection to your Tableau site.
