Missing USB Controller driver (Thunderbolt?) on serw13 #28

This ticket complements #27.

A device "Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller" appears in Device Manager on my serw13 as missing a driver. Its identifiers are

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1134&SUBSYS_D50100CD&REV_00
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1134&SUBSYS_D50100CD
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1134&CC_0C0340
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1134&CC_0C03

A web search suggests that this is probably Thunderbolt-related. Nonetheless, all my USB ports work, and I am able to connect an external monitor through a docking hub. A Thunderbolt port is also supposed to be capable of USB power delivery to connected devices; I've not checked whether this is fully working.
