An an app user
I want to be able to set notifications for each newsgroup server or newsgroup on or off
So that I get notified for only relevant newsgroups and not for all.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • In the newsgroup server settings the notifications can be set to on or off
  • For each subgroup it is possible to set the notifications on or off
