How to run testcases for feature branches in docker

from the website, I use these commands to run the parallel regressions with docker for develop

docker run -ti --rm -v $PWD:/workdir/ -w /workdir \
  su2code/build-su2 -f "-Denable-pywrapper=true" -b develop

docker run -ti --rm -v $PWD/install/bin:/workdir/install/bin -w /workdir \
  -v $PWD/src/SU2_develop:/workdir/src/SU2 \
  su2code/test-su2 -t develop -c develop -s parallel_regression.py

However, when I switch to my recent feature branch feature_lookuptable, docker cannot find the su2 mesh files:

docker run -ti --rm -v $PWD:/workdir/ -w /workdir \
  su2code/build-su2 -f "-Denable-pywrapper=true" -b feature_lookuptable

docker run -ti --rm -v $PWD/install/bin:/workdir/install/bin -w /workdir \
  -v $PWD/src/SU2_lookuptable:/workdir/src/SU2 \
  su2code/test-su2 -t feature_lookuptable -c feature_lookuptable -s parallel_regression.py

Error in "static short unsigned int CConfig::GetnDim(std::__cxx11::string, short unsigned int)":

The SU2 mesh file named NACA64206_FFD.su2 was not found.
