Add the ability to take a set of components parameters and wire and create a new custom grouped component.

This feature will require the multi tabbed wiring window feature enhancement.

Any unconnected ports will become the new ports for the grouped component.
Parameters of Components will be selectively made available as part of the grouped component.
All grouped components will be located in a separate tab in the toolbox (left window pane).
A separate file structure will be created to allow savingrestoring grouped components.
Editing of grouped components will be performed on a separate tabbed wiring window.
