Hi @Rege0039, which version of EverythingToolbar are you using? The latest version should already automatically align the search window with the taskbar icon position. Are you running Windows 11? If so, could you please try changing the taskbar icon alignment in Windows settings to left-aligned and back to center-aligned to see if that fixes the issue? |

I have version 1.3.2.
On Windows 11 and used the left and recentre alignment. That made it work.
I also use Start11 and when I restart that it's back over to the left, it seems to make the Windows taskbar fixed on left aligned so it seems to be a problem with them, which I will go on their forums to ask after.
Thanks for the reply.

I just tested it here and I have the same problem. Start11 doesn't seem to change the corresponding registry entries accordingly. EverythingToolbar reads those to determine the taskbar icon position. Since this is specific to Start11 I don't plan to implement a fix for that. Sorry about that.

Is there any way to force the ET position without modifying the registers? Hi, I also use Start 11 and would like to be able to force the position of the toolbar manually. Because of Start 11's type of configuration (Non-invasive to the OS), the registers are not changed, so it would be great to add a position menu for Everything Toolbar, so I can customize where I see it. |

I wondered if it was a good idea or option to be able to centre the pop out search box since Windows 11 has a centralised start button taskbar option ?
At the moment it always appears on the left
